Joy a previous resident of Winnipeg, has resided in the rural Municipality of St. Clements for twelve years with her husband Wayne and two sons, Colten and Brett.

Along with growing up in a military family, Joy also married a military man.  So she is accustomed to selling and buying property along with actually moving.  She often feels that it was the moving and those transitional periods that molded her into the person she is today.  She is always out going, enjoys meeting new people and becoming involved, so to her sales is a very natural thing.

She is a very active member in her community spending numerous hours volunteering with her boy’s schools and their sporting organizations. Joy has volunteered for many organizations including Sport Manitoba’s Kid Sport, Relay For Life, Kids Help Phone, Heart and Stroke Jump for Life, The Khartum Shrine Komedians, The Terry Fox Run, The Red River Walleye Challenge, The Royal Le Page National Garage Sale and she donates commission from every deal to the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation.

Joy is a college graduate with an extensive back ground in sales and is an entrepreneur having built and operated a very successful business in Alberta for a number of years.

For Several years Joy was an active research assistant in, child development, psychology and human relations, as a stay at home Mom.

Joy worked in the office of L.J. Baron Realty, while enrolled in the Manitoba Real Estate Association salespersons education program before becoming a full time licensed Realtor and a member of the L.J. Baron Realty sales team.

Presently Joy is a member of the Royal LePage Dynamic which enables her to combine her urban and rural background to assist the many needs of her clients. She believe's she's been given the opportunity of a lifetime, going to work, loving what she does, while working with and being part of a great team.

Brett

Brett, a former college baseball player has been a licensed realtor for 7 years. He brings all the hardworking, competitive and energetic attitude from baseball to real estate. He has great time management, communication skills and dedication to getting the job done right. From a young age he had a passion for real estate so it was only fit, he followed in his mothers foot steps.
